These 3 components together cause CPR to penetrate the damaged cuticles, repairing it, softening it, sealing the strands and preserving the hair’s natural hydration and shine. CPR also helps balance the moisture level within the hair, and protects against high humidity. HOW TO USE: 1. Apply CPR Step 1 throughout the hair, using a comb to better distribute the product.
